AS YOUR BUILDING MANAGER, GSKG PROVIDES:

When outsourcing building maintenance jobs, GSKG chooses contractors whose tenders and quality fulfil the Company’s criteria. Outsourcing is regulated by the Regulations on Outsourcing Building Maintenance Jobs.  Contractors for emergency interventions, mandatory interventions, and minor construction, electrical installation and finishing works are chosen in public calls for tenders.
The coproprietor representative is actively involved in making the decision about the best bidder as a member of the Contractor Selection Committee.  Outsourcing interventions to contractors is an added guarantee of quality for the coproprietors. GSKG has contracts with 250 contractors at the moment, a guarantee of diversity and competitiveness.
The list of eligible  residential building maintenance contractors and calls for tenders for major interventions on buildings (worth more than HRK 30,000) is available on the Company’s website.
