Lease of distribution telecommunications canalization

LEASE OF TELECOMMUNICATION CABLE DUCTS
 
A legal entity (licensed operator/telecommunication service provider in the Republic of Croatia) applies for lease and use of the telecommunication cable duct system in the City of Zagreb area for a specific route/section of the telecommunication cable duct system pursuant to an agreement on the access and use of the telecommunication cable duct system signed with Zagreb Holding - branch Zagreb Digital City.
 
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
 
Telecommunication route plan on a copy of cadastral plan (scale 1:1000) with a specification of cable length
Filled-in application form for the lease and use of telecommunication cable ducts (the application form contains information on the telecommunication cable duct route - cable connection point at the beginning and at the end of the route, type of cable, planned beginning and end date for the works,  and the contractor)
RATES
 
PAYMENT
 
Upon the receipt of the approval for the installation of cables and the use of telecommunication cable duct system section, and the invoice specifying the charges for this service as set by the agreement on the access and use of the telecommunication cable duct system, the legal entity is under obligation to pay the charges within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the approval  and the invoice.
 
TELECOMMUNICATION CABLE DUCT CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - CONNECTION TO THE EXISTING CABLE DUCT SYSTEM
 
A legal entity (licensed operator/telecommunication service provider in the Republic of Croatia) can apply for a connection to the existing telecommunication cable duct system in the City of Zagreb area in cases when new users need to be connected to the existing cable duct system, in line with the relevant legal regulations, rules and professional standards, based on an agreement on access and use of the telecommunication cable duct system signed with Zagreb Holding - branch Digital City.
 
In exceptional cases, during the construction of new buildings, the investor (legal entity or physical person) who has not signed an agreement on access and use of the telecommunication cable duct system with the branch can apply for a connection when a new building needs to be connected to the existing telecommunications cable duct system in compliance with a construction permit and special construction conditions issued by the Croatian Post and Electronic Communications Agency. In the above case, a copy of the construction permit (issued to the investor submitting the application) and a certificate of compliance of the main design with the special construction conditions for the building in question must be enclosed to the required documentation specified below.

TECHNICAL DECISION SPECIFYING THE EXISTING AND THE PLANNED STATE
COPY OF THE CONSTRUCTION PERMIT (in exceptional cases specified above)
COPY OF CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE OF THE MAIN DESIGN WITH SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION CONDITIONS  (in exceptional cases specified above)
 
ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO OPEN A TELECOMMUNICATION CABLE DUCT PIT
 
A legal entity (licensed operator/telecommunication service provider in the Republic of Croatia) can apply for a permit to open a telecommunication pit for a specific route/section of the telecommunication cable duct system in cases when a malfunction needs to be repaired and/or the existing passive communication equipment requires maintenance based on a signed agreement on access and use of the telecommunication cable duct system signed with Zagreb Holding - branch Digital City.

Filled-in APPLICATION FORM FOR A PERMIT TO OPEN A TELECOMMUNICATION CABLE DUCT PIT
 
INFORMATION FOR THE USERS OF THE BRANCH’S SERVICES
 
Applications for lease, permit to open a pit, or build a connection to the existing telecommunication cable duct system can be submitted at the branch Zagreb Digital City, Slavonska avenija 52 (Customs Authority’s building, 3rd floor), 10 123 Zagreb, weekdays 8:00 am - 2:30 pm.
