Gas distribution
All information about gas connections, interventions, prices and payment for services provided is available from the Zagreb City Gasworks Sales Department.
The Sales Department’s business hours for customers are Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
The Compressed Gas Filling Station is open for business Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and closed on weekends and holidays.

Metering Point Code
The Metering Point Code is the reference used to uniquely identify metering points in the gas distribution network.
The Code allows the distribution system operator, system users (suppliers) and end customers to share information about the metering point such as changes of owner information, meter readings, past consumption and more.
Suppliers are under obligation to specify the Metering Point Code (identifier) on the gas bill.
Examination of gas fittings at your property to ensure they are in good working order
Order an examination of your gas fittings to be issued a RECORD of good working order of gas fittings in person at the Zagreb City Gasworks Sales Department or by phone, fax or email.

To receive a proposal, please send us your customer information (name, surname, address, Personal Identification Number) and the address of the property where you would like to have gas fittings examined.
Legal entities are kindly asked to deliver a valid order form by mail or by fax to:

Gas fitting repairs
If you would like to order repair work on the unmetered section of gas fittings or have the valve in front of your meter replaced, please contact your manager and submit a throughput record (costs are billable to the mandatory maintenance fee). To order repair work on the metered or unmetered section or gas fittings or gas fittings at a family home, please contact an authorized gas fitting company.

Gas bill complaints
File complaints against your gas bill in person at the Customer Centre of the Zagreb City Gas Works - Supply, open Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 2:30 pm, or send them by mail. When filing a complaint, please submit the SIGNED ORIGINAL BILL YOU ARE FILING A COMPLAINT FOR and your meter reading in m3 (found in the black field on your gas meter). Customer name change
File for customer name change at Zagreb City Gasworks - Supply window or by mail.
To change customer name, submit a copy of valid ownership record (deed of title, sale and purchase agreement, court decision on inheritance etc.), gas meter reading at the moment of transfer, gas meter factory number, last calculation by the Zagreb City Gasworks and the new customer’s information (name, surname, address, Personal Identification Number)
